Ramona Toney Marks Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1928 - 2013 Ramona Toney Marks, 84, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Friday January 4, 2013 in the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House of Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by a son Rick Scragg. She is survived by a son Tony Adkins; daughter Terry McDaniel Francis; and grandson Tim (Cindy) McDaniel. There will be no services. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. The family wishes to express a special thanks to Dr. Richard DelCheccolo and Hospice of Huntington.
