Jo Ritta Henline, 59, of South Point, Ohio passed away Friday, January 11, 2013 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born January 19, 1953 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Russell and Lottie Woods. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters Anita Carter and Drema Byars. She is survived by two sons Bradley Henline of Grayson, KY and Bobby Effingham of South Point, Ohio; one grandson, the love of her life, Jonathan Henline; five brothers Russell Woods of Huntington, WV, Steve Woods of Huntington, WV, Roger Woods of Milton, WV, Charlie Woods of North Carolina, and James Woods of Milton, WV; and five sisters Judy Williams of Wisconsin, Bonnie Forloine of Milton, WV, Sue Lange of Wisconsin, Linda Spurlock of South Point, Ohio and Teresa Wentz of Ohio; special niece Kim Morrison; three special friends Carol Johnson, Kathy Ralph, and Crystal Anderson; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Paul Meadows. Burial will follow in Maupin Cemetery, Ona, WV. Visitation will be held 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Linda, I know your heart is heavy over losing your beloved sister. I hope you can find peace in knowing that she is now pain free and in God's loving arms. Call me if you need anything or would just like to talk. I love you and you and your family are in my prayers.

To Brad, Johnathan, and the rest of the Henline Family: I personally have never met Jo Ritta, but I have know Brad (Biff) for many many years and I can say that she raised a very wonderful person. I have know Johnathan since he was a baby and I know that Brad and Johnathan will be saddened by her loss. She is in a better place now and you two guys are tough. I know it will be hard without her, but you will get through it with time and each other. My family is sending our prayers to the Henline family. Please let us know if there is anything I can do for you all.

We are so sorry - we loved her and so sorry I didn't get to visit - I was sick and didn't want to be around anyone who was as sick as she was - I was afraid it'd make her feel worse. My husband thought the world of her and we are very sadden by this. If there is anything we can do just let us know. I will try my best to be there not sure I can get off work but will try my best. I will call and see where everyone will be after I get off work if I can't make it and come visit with you guys. Our prayers and thoughts are with each of you. We love you guys
