So sorry to hear about Mike. I haven't seen or talked to him for many years. I was in Boy Scouts with him as well as school. I always thought of him as a great friend. He will be sorely missed!

It is difficult to tell you how deeply I feel about Mike Hall's untimely death.
What started many years ago as an employee/employer relationship betewen Mike and me quickly became a warm friendship. It was a privelege to have known a man who had strong loyalty to Marshall University, was very honest and committed to his duties. Mike Hall was a Marshall man 100 percent. I will never forget his thoughtfulness, kindness and above all his commitment to the students in the residence halls.
I wish I lived closer so I can express my sympathy in person. May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

I'm sorry for your loss. I worked with Mike at Housing and Residence Life. Mike was always friendly and polite and I am going to miss him , as I'm sure you will. Again sorry for your loss and I will keep you and Mike in my prayers.

Greetings:
I was saddened to learn of Mike's death. I will remember Mike as a hard working and devoted worker and a good friend. He was always very proud of his work - and rightly so. When I last saw him on campus he took time to tell me that he was still carrying on with projectrs that we had earlier instigated. I called him the "key" man of our department. My prayers and thoughts are with you.

Mike was such a wonderful man, I have worked with him for many years at Marshall and he was always willing to lend a helping hand. If it meant showing up in the middle of the night to rescue a resident who couldn't get in their room Mike was always their. He will be truly missed but always remembered for his kind heart. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends, may God lay a blanket of piece and understand during this time of grieving.
