Bill L Wyant Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1927 - 2013 Bill L. Wyant, 85, of Chesapeake, Ohio went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2013 at home. He was born August 21, 1927 in Huntington, WV son of the late T.A. and Pearl Stout Wyant. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Wanda Lee Wyant; one sister Eileen Jarrell; and one brother Eugene Wyant. Bill is survived by four daughters Regina (Butch) Smith of Chesapeake, Ohio, Judy (Michael) Knapp of Chesapeake, Ohio, Diane (Granvil) Brammer of South Point, Ohio, and Brenda (Fred) Stone of Chesapeake, Ohio; eight grandchildren Tim Wylie, Brandon Smith, Travis Knapp, Tessa Knapp, Dylan Carney, Misha Carney, Leanna Stone and Aaron Stone; 11 great grandchildren; two sisters Helen Kates and Eva Callicoat; and one brother Esau Wyant. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor David Callicoat and Pastor Chris Day. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held noon to 1 p.m. Friday, March 29, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home. Bill Wyant will be sadly missed. We talked about music and church, two of our favorite things. I am deeply saddened and pray for the family.

Lee Ann and I are sadden by Brother Bill's home going but we know he is in a far better place than we are and the Bible gives us hope that we will meet again and then we will not have to leave each other any more. So we are waving goodbye to a friend but those in Heaven are waving hello. We will be praying for you all. Jeff

So very sorry to hear about Billy. He was so good to tune my guitar for me when I first got it, then we sat and played guitars together. He was such a quiet and kind man and I know you will miss him terribly. Just hang on to those precious memories and trust God for peace and strength to carry you through. Love to all.
