Gary Wager Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1933 - 2013 Funeral services for Gary Wager, 79, of Silsbee will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, April 9, 2013 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Resthaven Cemetery. Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Monday at the funeral home. Mr. Wager died April 6, 2013 at Silsbee Oaks Nursing Home in Silsbee. Gary was a native of Andover, Kansas and a longtime Silsbee resident. He was retired from Mobil Chemical with 42 years of service where he was a supervisor. He proudly served his country with the U S Navy. He is preceded in death by his parents Elmer and Muriel Wager and sister Merilyn Timmons. Survivors include wife of 36 years Barbara Reddell Wager of Silsbee; sons Rodney Wager and wife Sharon of Houston, Eric Lawrence and wife Leigh Ann of Kountze, Jimmy Lawrence of Hillister and Larry Lawrence and wife Melissa of Silsbee; daughters Garyl Rutherford of Dallas and Debbie Burnes of Warren; brother Bob Wager of Reno, Nevada; eleven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Barbara, Eric and family...I'm so sorry to learn of Gary's death. He was one fine man that I'm glad I can count as a friend. Heaven gained one more angel and I know Gary will be a mighty angel, watching over all of you. May the Lord comfort your heart while keeping all those good memories in it. They are what will help you in the days and years ahead. Will be praying for you in the days ahead. Barbara you know I'm home if you get lonely and just need someone to listen or talk too.
