Graveside services for Jerry Don McRoberts, 68, of Lumberton, will be 3:00 pm Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Pine Ridge Cemetery in Sour Lake. Visitation will be from noon until 2:00 pm at Farmer Funeral Home.
Mr. McRoberts died April 25, 2013 after a brief illness.
A native of Beaumont, he was a lifelong resident of this area. Jerry worked as an insulator with Local 22.
Mr. McRoberts was preceded in death by his father Estel Ray McRoberts. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn McRoberts of Lumberton; mother Willie Jewel Barks Hamm of Kountze; son Marshall McRoberts and wife Judy of Lexington SC; daughters Donna McRoberts of Houston and Cary Buckner and her daughter Cierra of Orange; three step daughters and their families and three half siblings, Estel, Debra and Barbara. Mr. McRoberts is also survived by five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
