Mary Ellen Fraley Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2013 Mary Ellen Fraley, 86, of Huntington, WV passed away Monday January 21, 2013 in Cabell Huntington Hospital Huntington, WV. She was born August 14, 1926 in Bluefield, WV to the late Victor R. and Mary E. Galloway DeVault. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband George O. Fraley. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law Karen and Rik Bumgardner of Huntington; son Reid Fraley of Huntington; four grandchildren Scott and Shawna Bumgardner of Huntington, Melissa an Damian Bloom of Jacksonville, FL, Samantha and Bryan Grimm of Princeton, WV and Stephen Brookman of Princeton, WV; seven great grandchildren; and one sister Jean (Bill) Hendrick of Big Stone Gap, VA. A memorial service will be conducted 1:30 p.m. Saturday May 4, 2013 at Fellowship Baptist Church Huntington, WV by Pastor Jerry Warren. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I sure did love Mary Ellen. She was a wonderful friend to my mom. Mary Ellen and George and Mel and Mary Jo had wonderful wonderful friendship. They are together now.

I worked with Mrs. Fraley at the Concord College Bookstore many years ago. She and her husband became wonderful friends. Mrs. Fraley was a wonderful person and was a joy to talk to. She will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this time.
