Even though I didn't know Josh very long it was a genuine pleasure to get to know him, and his family, for what had to be one of the happiest times of his life. I'm so very sorry for your loss.

There are no words that can heal a wound like this, but all of us who are mourning with you hope that we can help to ease the hurt. Josh had a special talent for making whoever he was smiling at feel like they were his best friend in the world. Even for those of us who hadn't seen him in so long, the memories of our time spent with him will always be special ones. He helped us all to make memories that we'll cherish always. It's hard to imagine a world without him in it, but I have to believe he would want us to hold onto those memories of laughter and probably even mischief. I'm wishing everyone the strength, love, and friendship to make it through this loss.

Joshua Eric Andrus age 37 of Lakeview passed away on Monday April 29, 2013. He was born in Lansing MI on September 25, 1975 the son of Randy K. and Diana L. Green Andrus. Josh graduated from Lakeview High School in 1993 and attended MSU and studied Culinary Arts at Carlos Rosario International in Washington DC. He was employed as a chef in upscale restaurants on the East Coast. He was known for his infectious smile and his friendly nature.
