Janice Sharon Dement Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1947 - 2013 Janice Sharon Dement, 66, of Huntington, WV passed away Sunday, May 12, 2013 at home. She was born March 16, 1947 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas Lewis and Betty Collins Conkright; an infant daughter; her husband Albert Dement; and a sister Judy Nance. She is survived by four sons Michael Dement of South Point, Ohio, Gregory Dement of Huntington, WV, Tracy Dement of Chesapeake, Ohio and Darrell Dement of Chesapeake, Ohio; three daughters Betty Dement of Huntington, WV, Teresa Patton of Huntington, WV, and Lisa Mayo of Huntington, WV; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; one sister Donna Thompson of South Point, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 15, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Mike Dement. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Aunt Janice was sweet. I remember her craving Pepsi when she was pregnant and my sister, Rheta, and I would take her Pepsi.
