Thelma Jean Cazad, 75, of Lavalette, WV passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation Center, Huntington, WV. She was born March 13, 1938 in Logan County, WV daughter of the late Sheridan and Aracoma Mullins Insco. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles E. Cazad; one son Alan Dale Cazad; one daughter April Lynn Cazad; and two sisters Juanita Pelton and Mary Workman. She is survived by one grandson Scott Cazad and financee Lisa of Lavalette, WV; two brothers Charles Insco of Texas and Roy Buck Insco of Indiana; one sister Marie Rowsey of Huntington, WV; a special grand niece Angela Insco; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Carl Black. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
