Funeral services for Tommy Lynn Jacks, Sr. will be 4:00 pm Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Fred Community Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Jacks passed away May 25, 2013 at Harbor Hospice in Beaumont.
Tommy was a native of Beaumont and a lifelong resident of this area. He was a saw filer with Kirby Lumber Co.
Survivors include wife Willie Mae Jacks of Lumberton; son Tommy Jacks, Jr. and wife Shauna of Lumberton; daughters Annie Williams and husband Ren of Gainesville, Glenda Verrett and husband Brian of Kountze and Mary Stuart and husband Rickie of Spurger; brothers Roy Milton Jacks and wife Rita of Silsbee and Terry Jacks of Vidor; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

I will miss my brother Tom. Growing up as "orphans" made us brothers very close. There is a great empty spot in my life now. RIP Tommy Lynn.

Last time I saw Uncle Tommy was at Dad's homegoing. I found a picture of Uncle Tommy I will post on my facebook. Please accept my deepest condolences. Heaven just got sweeter again, didn't it?

It is funny the one thing that I keep remembering were the times he would come to visit when I was a small child is he never came with out bringing me something usually a doll from the dollar store. He will be greatly missed by many. My prayers are with all of the family
