A memorial service for William Jordan "Bill" Kirkpatrick, 92, of Buna, will be Sunday, June 30, 2013 at the First United Methodist Church in Buna.
Mr. Kirkpatrick passed away June 3, 2013 at Park Manor of the Woodlands.
Bill was a native of Evadale, and a lifelong resident of Buna. He retired from Temple Inland where he worked as a welder. He proudly served his country in the US Army.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Henry W and Maud Reese Kirkpatrick; wife, Mary Doris Hargrove Kirkpatrick and nine siblings.
Survivors include son William J. Kirkpatrick, Jr. and wife Paulette of Wharton; daughter Doris G. Sims and husband Jay of Conroe; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
