Justin Wayne Barnett Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1982 - 2013 Justin Wayne Barnett, 30, of Silsbee, died tragically in a drowning May 26, 2013 in Village Creek. Mr. Barnett was born December 13, 1982 in Galveston to Emmett Lee and Teresa Ann Van Boven Barnett. He was a lifelong resident of Silsbee and was employed by McDonalds. Justin is survived by his parents; wife Jessica Morgan of Silsbee; son Jacob Lee Barnett and a host of friends.
