Jack Leslie Whitehead, 86, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013 at home. He was born December 11, 1926 in Willow Wood, Ohio son of the late Elmer and Inez Taylor Whitehead. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Winnifred Whitehead. He is survived by four daughters Kristy Montgomery, Kay Freeman, Judy Boggs and Jackie Richendollar. A private family graveside service will be held at Perkins Ridge Cemetery, Willow Wood Ohio by Rev. Cleo Watson. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. The family requests no flowers. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Sending prayers to my second family it was a joy to know Papaw Whitehead what an amazing man. I loved his smile. I am so blessed to know his family and I cherish everyone of you!!! May God give you comfort now and in the days ahead. One day we will see him again and he will be able to tell us some amazing things! Miss you Papaw Whtehead! Love and Prayers!

I wish to express my deepest sympathy to the entire Whitehead family. Jack was such a dear man and a great neighbor. I will miss seeing him drive by in his brown truck. He is in a much better place now. My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss.
