Sharon Ann Caples Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1953 - 2013 Memorial services for Sharon Ann Caples, 59, of Beaumont will be 11:00 am Saturday, June 22, 2013 at the home of her brother Vaughn Sistrunk at 2878 CR 639 in Buna. Mrs. Caples died June 20, 2013 at her home. She was a native of Beaumont. Mrs. Caples was a lab technician and had been employed at Christus St Elizabeth Hospital for 30 years. Survivors include husband Jerry Caples of Beaumont; mother Lela Sistrunk of Beaumont; son Colt Caples of Fannett; daughters Kristi Rose of Orangefield and Shannon Caples of Pt. Neches; brothers Vaughn Sistrunk of Buna and Joel Sistrunk of Lumberton and grandchildren Ashlyn, Tyler, Alexis, Kaylee, Jacey and Blake.

I was saddened to hear of Sharon's death. I have great memories of her from high school. She was a precious friend to so many.

I was so fortunate to work with Sharon for so many years. We shared stories about our famiilies and I could always see how much Sharon loved you all and how proud she was of each of you. The strength and grace Sharon showed in dealing with her RA was amazing to me. She was so determined to continue with life as normal and was truly an inspiration. I will remember her fondly - especially that giggling laugh! I know you will find comfort in each other and your memories of her. We will have you all in our prayers. Jeanie and Kelly Rucker

The Caples and the Sistrunks- Where do you begin to express sorrow when someone was your very best friend as a little girl. She was mine and stayed a friend through the years. She was the greatest, as you all know. Each of you will be in my prayers for always. I love you. Sandy

Jerry, Kristi, Shannon, and Colt: I cannot tell you how sorry I was to hear of your lost. We all loved and respected Sharon so. She was one of the bravest and strongest women I have ever known. She fought RA for so long without ever complaining although I know that many times she worked while in so much pain. I know she was a loving Mom, Wife and Grandmother and that you will all miss her so much. I will have her and all of you in my thoughts, prayers and heart during this mournful time. I am proud to have known her and have been her friend. Judy
