Charles Kenneth Platt Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1926 - 2013 Charles Kenneth Platt, 87, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at home. He was born July 7, 1926 in Coddington, WI son of the late Birchard and Leitha Flowers Platt. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a daughter Karen Platt Timm. He was owner of Platt surveying and a member of the Huntington Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses. He is survived by his wife of 60 years Virginia Platt; son Alan (Tammy) Platt of Tallahassee, FL.; three granddaughters Molly (Jason) Dean, Elizabeth (William) Dean, and Alaisha (Jacell) Daniels; grandson Andrew Platt; three great grandchildren Gavin, Ariana and Kais Daniels; and three sisters Marian Goddard, Ramona Forrest and Beth Platt. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses 150 Wood Lane Huntington, WV., by Jason Dean. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Virginia I knew something was wrong when I saw so many cars at the house. I was praying that nothing was wrong with you or Charley. If there is anything I can do for you, please don't hesitate to call. I know he will be missed by many people especially you, his children and grandchildren.
