Clayton Floyd Ramey, 41, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at home. He was born July 7, 1972 in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his mother Norma Inscoe; sister Martha Ramey; and brother Anthony Inscoe. He is survived by his father Clayton F. Inscoe of Proctorville, Ohio; one son Ryan Dement of Ironton, Ohio; one granddaughter Karlee Dement; three sisters Billie Burton of Huntington, WV, Marguerite Lalla of Grove City, Ohio, and Cora Black of Guyandotte, WV; and three brothers David Ramey of Guyandotte, WV, John Ramey of Guyandotte, WV and Willie Ramey of Huntington, WV; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Rev. Eddie Salmons. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio.
