Pete Lamar Loggins Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1953 - 2013 Funeral Service for Pete Lamar Loggins 60, of Silsbee will be 2 pm Thursday, August 1, 2013 at Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee with interment following at Village Mills Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Mr. Loggins died July 29, 2013 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A native of Lufkin, Pete was a longtime resident of Silsbee. He worked as a project manager for Camelia Homes. Mr. Loggins was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers. Survivors include his wife of almost 22 years, Kathy Creel Loggins, sons Marty Loggins and wife Grace of Dallas, Jude Morgan and Tony Morgan and wife Amanda, all of Silsbee; daughter Katlynn Loggins of Silsbee; sisters Alma Daniel of Houston, Dianne Langeland of Houston, Betty McDonald of Silsbee and Exa Nunez of San Antonio. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren Morrie, Milo, Ella, Seth, MaCayla, Malyn, John D., Trinity, Paige, and William.

I haven't seen Pete in almost 30 years but am very sorry to hear of his death. My son Marty is there today and looks amazingly like Pete, his father. My best to you all. Katy

Pete was a great friend of my dad an became a great friend to me. Uncle Pete always made me laugh, an if he didn't know something he would make you think he did. He was a character for sure. I learned all kind of sayings from him as i was coming up. Uncle Pete I most certainly gonna miss you.
