Mamie Lois Lenz Rall, 88, of South Point, Ohio passed away Monday July 29, 2013 in South Point, Ohio. She was born on a farm in Concord Township, Ford County, KS on January 11, 1925. Mamie was the twelfth of thirteen children born to the pioneer family of Anthony Joe Tony and Rachel Frances Crego Lenz. The family moved to Dodge City, KS when she was a small child. She attended the local schools; grew up and married Clarence Bud Rall on October 2, 1945 in Syracuse, KS. To this union, was born three children, Diana Mae, Clinton Allen, and Lois Kathleen. Mamie and Bud were married for 37 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, October 1982; daughter Diana Hicks, December 2003; son Clinton Allen, February 2006; one infant grandson Clinton Allen; her parents; five sisters; and six brothers. Surviving include her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Larry Burrows of South Point, Ohio; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; one great great granddaughter; one sister Nina Mae Bright of Harrison, AK; and many nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday August 3, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
