Donald Wesley Conner Jr.
Funeral services for Donald Wesley Conner Jr. 56, of Newton, will be 2:00 pm Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Farmer Funeral Home. Interment will follow at R S Farmer Cemetery. Visitation will be from 12 pm until time of service.
Mr. Conner died August 6, 2013 at his residence.
Donald was a native of Kirbyville and a long time resident of Newton. He was retired from Boeing where he worked as an aircraft mechanic. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam War in the US Air Force.
Mr. Conner is preceded in death by his father, Donald Wesley Conner Sr, his mother Gracie Jane Garza Smoak, brother Harvey Conner and sister Katrina Randall.
Survivors include his wife Mary Hazarian Conner; son David Wayne Conner and wife Anita of Port Arthur; daughters Sheila Marie Droddy and husband Keven of Katy; sisters Angie Myers and husband Ronald of Fred and Kristina May and husband Tommy of Winnie; brothers James Conner of Buna, John Conner of Buna and Steve Conner and wife Tonya of Buna; four grandchildren Kasey Duff, Logan Droddy, Keenyn Droddy and Greysen Droddy; three nieces and eight nephews.
