Funeral services for Vera LaMae Freeman, 91, of Jasper will be 2:00 pm Sunday, August 11, 2013 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Cunningham Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 12:00 pm until the time of the service.
Mrs. Freeman passed away August 8, 2013 at Timberlake Health and Rehabilitation in Jasper.
Vera was a native of Salinas, Louisiana and a resident of Jasper. She was a homemaker.
Mrs. Freeman is preceded in death by her husband Vallie D. Freeman; son Victor Norman Freeman; daughter Ginger Beth Whittlesey; brothers Alexander R. Graham, Jr. and Doyle Graham; sisters Alma Eddings and Denson Whisenhunt.
Survivors include daughters Marilyn Boutwell and husband Garland of Jasper and Sherry Dean Mobley of Hemphill; grandchildren Angelia Bass and husband Jason, Clint Mobley, Kristi Mobley, Trina Freeman, Nathan Coleman and wife Myranda, Keith Coleman, Ashley Whittlesey and Brent Segrest; seventeen great grandchildren Andrew, Stephanie, Chance, Lance, Cadie, Jasmine, Clint, Ashlynn, Haley, Michael, Kayla, Brendan, Destiny, Nicolas, Devin, Dylan and Carsyn and six great great grandchildren.
