Sherry I was thinking of Linda and thought I would try and look her up. I am so sorry she has passed away. I have always thought about Linda and was wondering how things were going with her. She always held a special place in my heart. We had a lot of good times together that I will never forget. Linda was a very special person to me and I have always kept a place in my heart for her. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Thank you Linda for all the years you made my hair look so beautiful. I always had compliments about how natural it looked. Thank you for being my stylist, for fitting my boys in when they really needed a hair cut, but most of all thank you for being my friend. You will be greatly missed but never forgotten. May your family find comfort in the days, weeks and years to come. May you rest in peace my friend.

I was shocked to hear of Linda's passing. Many memories of her Sister, Sherry and Linda and myself running around. I will always remember our Sadie Hawkins Dance get up. So much fun and many memories. Your Mother Lorena was so special to me during my HS days. My prayer is for God to give you all comfort during this time and know he is in control. Hugs and much love.

Brandy I went to your mom a few years ago to get my hair cut off short, she made me feel so good about myself. It was one thing that I looked forward to doing. Linda Bragg Kinney, 58, of Russell, KY, formerly of Proctorville, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Oakmont Manor, Flatwoods, KY. She was born November 9, 1954 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death by her father Norman Bragg. She is survived by her mother Lorena Burd; daughter Brandy Ward; grandson Rowan Ward; sister Sherry (Mike) Hughes; aunt Marsha (Al) Estep; nieces Amber and Eden Hughes; many other family and friend including special friend Greg Bowen. The family wishes to express a special thanks to all the girls at Belfonte Beauty Academy, Russell, Ky, to Hospice and nurse Merri for their loving care. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Randy Patrick.
