Otis William Fulks Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1939 - 2013 Otis William Fulks, 74, of Scottown, Ohio passed away Thursday, September 5, 2013 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born March 3, 1939 in Scottown, Ohio son of the late Grover and Henrietta Fliehman Fulks. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother Richard Fulks. He was President of the Buckeye Shoebenders Pony Pulling Association. He is survived by his wife Eldonna Fulks; one son and daughter-in-law William Willie (Tamara Tammy) Fulks of Scottown, Ohio; three grandchildren Chad (Tricia) Fulks, Todd (Rebecca) Fulks, and Destiney (Nathaniel) Davis; two great grandchildren Brayden Davis, and Kinley Fulks; one niece; and one nephew. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Richard Unroe. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens, Miller, Ohio. Visitation will be held 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, September 7, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I am so sorry to hear of Otis's passing. I have great memories of riding up on the hill with Otis to bring the cows in. Annie & Lindsay still talk about when he would hook up the ponies and pull them around the tobacco field on the sled when we came home to visit. he will be in our hearts and memories forever.

Eldonna,Willie & families .So very sorry to hear of your loss.I had stopped by recently when I saw Otis out & talked a few minutes. May God bring you all peace ,comfort & strength during this time.
