Joe Ray Alcorn at the age of 52 passed away on Thursday, September 19, 2013 at the Kerrville, Texas VA hospital. He was born on February 22, 1961 in Tahlequah, OK. to Alfred and Betty "Dripps" Alcorn. Joe served in the U.S. Marine Corp. from 1979 until 1983. Joe worked as a X-ray Technician for many years.
Joe is survived by his father, Alfred R. Alcorn and his wife, Marjorie: his mother, Betty Le Bouef and husband Michael; four sisters Penny Stutts and husband Keith, Nancy Glick and husband Jim, Terry Alcorn and Alice Hammer and husband Chris. and many other family members and friends who love him will miss him.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. until 11; 45 a.m. Thursday at Laird Funeral Home.
Military graveside services will be held at 12 noon, Thursday, September 26, 2013 at Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, MS with Rev. Ellis Hollingsworth and Tim Hanberry officiating.
