Funeral services for Ludie Lee Davis, 80, of San Augustine will be 2:00 pm Thursday, October 17, 2013 at First United Pentecostal Church in San Augustine with interment following at Liberty Hill Cemetery under the direction of Farmer Funeral Home in Silsbee. Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home and 12:00 pm until 2:00 pm Thursday at the church.
Mrs. Davis passed away October 13, 2013 at Silsbee Oaks Health Care.
Ludie was a native of DeQuincy, LA and a long time resident of Southeast Texas. She was manager for Davis Tree Experts founded in Beaumont in 1949.
Mrs. Davis was preceded in death by parents Leon and Martha Breaux; brothers Curtis, Roland, Marshall and Stunt Breaux; sisters Wilma and Katie Lee Breaux and grandchild Robby Louviere.
Survivors include her husband of 65 years Maxie Davis of San Augustine; sons Tommy Davis and wife Marie, Mack Davis and wife Lisa, Rodney Davis and wife Brenda, all of Vidor and Daniel Davis and wife Lori of San Augustine; daughter Martha Louviere and husband Robert of Silsbee; grandchildren Amanda, Elizabeth and husband Eric, Ricky, Randi and husband Robin; Kelli and husband Stephen, Mack Wayne and wife Hallie, Vanessa, Ryan and wife Bethany, Kristin and husband JJ; great grandchildren Kyle Jr., Noah, Isreal, Autaum, Kelsey, Richard Jr., Baylee, Bryce, Stephen III, Noah, Slade, Brodie, Remi, Avery and Alaura.
