I worked with Effie years ago in Christian woman's club and she was always the sweetest lady. She had a wonderful smile and a gentle way, and was an example of a Christian lady. Sorry for your loss, she was a real jewel.

Mrs. Mills will go in the history books as one of the greatest teachers that cared about her students and really made learning interesting and pleasurable. I will always cherish her memory at Chesapeake East. I'm thankful to have been taught by her. May she rest in peace as she is so deserving.
