Funeral services for Merlene Bohler Roth, 80, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Friday November 15, 2013 at 1st Assembly of God in Honey Island with interment following in William Hart Cemetery in Kountze. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Thursday at the church.
Mrs Roth passed away November 12, 2013 at Silsbee Oaks Heath Care Center.
A native of Jasper, Merlene was a longtime resident of this area. She was a member of 1st Assembly of God Church in Honey Island and a loving wife and mother.
Mrs Roth was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ella Jones Bohler.
Survivors include her husband of 62 years Jackson Jack H. Roth Sr. of Honey Island; sons Jackson H. Roth Jr and wife Sandra of Honey Island, Harry W. Roth and wife Cheryl of Houghton Lake Mi.; daughter Helen Daniel and husband Dub of Moss Hill; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-nine great grandchildren.
