Cathy Ann Simmons Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1960 - 2013 Cathy Ann Simmons, 53, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Thursday, November 21, 2013 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV. She was born September 23, 1960 in Norfolk, VA. She was preceded in death by her mother Wanda Smith; and two sisters Janie Smith and Cynthia Hunt. She is a former employee of Mildred Mitchell Bateman Hospital. She is survived by her father Robert Smith of Proctorville, Ohio; two sons Steven Baldwin, Jr. of Proctorville, Ohio and Tyler Scott Simmons of Proctorville, Ohio; one daughter Stephanie Renee Keeney of Chesapeake, Ohio; three grandchildren Logan James Baldwin, Jada Shae Keeney, and Cashton Granit Keeney; one sister Bobby Lynn Belle of Proctorville, Ohio; one brother Timmy Lee Smith of Huntington, WV; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Private burial will take place at a later date. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

I'm so sorry to hear Cathy passed. We ate lunch last Monday she seemed fine.she was a sweet person I will miss her. Prayers to you all.

This is such a tragic loss to anyone who was lucky enough to have known her. Cathy was such a sweet women. She was always so kind to me. I have many memories of her. I am very blessed to have had the opportunity to be apart of her and her children's life. God had a better plan and eternal life for Cathy. We will one day see you there.
