Estelle Dube' Payter Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1923 - 2013 Estelle Dube Payter, 90, of Proctorville, Ohio passed peacefully Thursday, November 21, 2013 at Rivers Bend Health Care Center, South Point, Ohio. She was born October 18, 1923 in Rimouski, P. Que, Canada. She was preceded in death by her husband William Henry Payter; and 11 siblings. She was a faithful member of St. Annes Catholic Church and served as Eucharistic Minister for several years. She was also former owner of Proctorville Greenhouses after the death of her husband in 1978. She is survived by two sons John (Diane) Payter of Spring, TX and Claude Payter of Proctorville, Ohio; two daughters Ellen (Doug) Rubel of Huntersville, NC and Ann Payter of Queens, NY; seven grandchildren Shawna, Phillip, Joel, Amanda, Michelle, Emma and Anna; three sisters; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at St. Anns Catholic Church by Father Charles Moran. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the Church. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Annes Catholic Church.
