Frances Virginia Stamper, 95, of Charleston, WV passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Regency Place, Scott Depot, WV. She was born January 13, 1918 in Charleston, WV daughter of the late Fred and Hettie Dawson Wilkinson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Freda Crawford and one brother Kermit Wilkinson. She retired from Cabot Oil and Gas Company and was a member of South Ruffner Presbyterian Church, Charleston, WV. She is survived by three nieces Lynne and David Taliaferro of Belpre, Ohio, Susan Rockwood of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Jane Wilkinson of Cincinnati, Ohio; three great nephews; one great niece; and three great great nephews. A private family graveside service will be held at Spring Hill Cemetery, Charleston, WV. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to South Ruffner Presbyterian Church 300 20th Street Charleston, WV 25304, Hospice of Charleston 1606 Kanawha Blvd. West Charleston, WV 25387 or The Regency Place #5 Rolling Meadow Drive Scott Depot, WV 25560.
