Janice Margaret Taylor, 74, of South Point, Ohio passed away Tuesday November 26, 2013 at St. Marys Medical Center Huntington, WV. She was born July 2, 1939 in Medaryville, Indiana to the late Rev. Leet Bert and Mary Sammons Howe. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother James D. Wells; and three sisters Virginia Ann Christian, Edna Kribage, and Nelvina Stanaford. She is survived by her husband Bill B. Taylor; one daughter Tonea Leigh (Rick) Birdsong of Proctorville, Ohio; one son William David Taylor of Greensboro, NC; and six grandchildren Dalton, Tyler, and Cierra Birdsong, Kimberly, Isabella, and David Taylor. Funeral service will be conducted 10 a.m. Saturday November 30, 2013 at Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio by Pastor Tom Jones. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens Miller, Ohio.
