Harvey Wayne Boddie Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1952 - 2013 A memorial service for Harvey Wayne Boddie, 61, of Silsbee will be 11:00 am Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Silsbee under the direction of Farmer Funeral home. A pot luck dinner will be held following the service. All are welcome, please come. Mr. Boddie passed away December 7, 2013 at his residence. Wayne was born in Sylacauga, Alabama and was a resident of Silsbee for the past 55 years. He was the owner of Waynes Automotive. Mr. Boddie is preceded in death by his parents Hobson and Jewel Boddie; son Aaron Boddie and brothers "Dick" Boddie and Gary Boddie. Survivors include his wife of 37 years Elaine Boddie of Silsbee; sons Jonathan Boddie and wife Miranda of Silsbee and Ian Boddie of Sacramento, California; daughters Genevieve Orellana and husband Ernesto and Catherine Boddie all of Englewood, Colorado and Natalie Magnusson and husband Brigham of Mesa, Arizona; sisters-in-law Cindy Boddie of Bryan and Carolyn Boddie of Beaumont; sister Dee Suitt and husband Butch of Silsbee and one granddaughter Leila Boddie of Silsbee.

To Elaine and all of the Boddie family, please accept my deepest condolences in the loss of Wayne. He was a great servant of the Lord and I could tell that family meant everything to him. We had several one on one conversations and I always felt the Spirit when we talked. You will all be in my prayers.

He Still Lives When someone we love dies, a light goes out. One moment he was there, the next hes gone. We need this time to mourn to feel the arms of peace wrapped about us to feel His comfort His warmth, His love to know with assurance our loved one still lives in a heavenly realm.
