Jerry Allen Perry, 57, of Crown City, Ohio passed away on December 19, 2013 at Cabell Huntington Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. Jerry was born in Huntington, West Virginia on February 14, 1956 and lived on Little Patty Creek, Proctorville, Ohio most of his life. Jerry was a member of Camp Creek Freewill Baptist Church, in Lavallette, WV. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Sherry Lynn Perry.
He was one of three children born to the late Emery Gene and Esther Marie Perry and proceeded in death by his baby sister Carolyn Sue Perry. Jerry will forever be remembered by his devoted brother Russell Gene Perry, loving sister Margie Marie (Bill) Cotney, beloved children, Melissa Dawn Perry, Jerry Lee (Stacy) Perry and Emery Allen (Caternia) Perry, treasured grandchildren Allison Danielle Perry, Gillian Renee Perry, Abigal Faye Ball, Owen Thomas Frederick, Wyatt Scott Frederick and Brayden Gene Perry, and loving niece Cheyenne Nicole Dillon, a special sister-in-law, Alice Cremeans; along with countless other friends and family whom were blessed to know him. The family extends a special thank you to Emmett Blankenship and Dr. Gregory Chaney.
Visitation will be at Halls Funeral Home on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm and the funeral services will be performed by Pastor Cothea Workman at Halls Funeral Home on Sunday, December 22, 2013 at 11:00am.
