Loyd Wayne Elmore Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1946 - 2014 Loyd Wayne Elmore,68, passed away on Monday, January 6, 2014 at his home in Kerrville.. He was born on January 3, 1946 in Houston, Texas to Floyd Elmore and Myrtle "Reeves" Elmore. Loyd served in the U.S. Air Force from 1967 until 1972. He worked in the maintenance department in a cemetery for several years. He is preceded in death by his father; brother, William Gene "Buddy" Elmore and sister Rosie Ellen. Loyd is survived by his mother Myrtle Elmore of Kerrville; children Robert Elmore, Shawn Zimmerman, Jennifer Clifton, Elizabeth White and Annette Elmore; siblings, Bobby Elmore, Jimmy Elmore, George Elmore, Ronnie Elmore and Shirley Ann Burleson; numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews, many other family members and friends whom will continue to cherish his memory. Memorial service will be held 2pm, Friday, January 10, 2014 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville.

It would have been nice for all his real children to be put on the list of children. I think they were better off with no contact anyways. They just found out about his death. At least now they know they had other siblings.
