Nicholas Scott Croad Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1986 - 2014 Nicholas Scott Croad, age 27, died Tuesday, January 28, 2014. He was born September 18, 1986 in Greenville, the son of Neil and Linda (Petkus) Croad. Nick was a very caring person who will deeply missed by those close to him, especially his mother, Linda Croad of Grand Rapids; sister, Kasie Croad of Grand Rapids; brother, Nathaniel Croad of Mississippi; grandfather, Eugene Croad of Barryton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family and friends who loved him. He was preceded in death by his father, Neil Croad; grandmother, Violet Marie Croad; and grandfather, David Petkus. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Monday, February 3, 2014 at Hurst Funeral Home, Greenville, with visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 PM prior to the service. Those wishing to make memorial contributions are asked to consider the needs of the family.
