Steven  AnsellSTEVEN ANSELL, 61, of East Bank, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on February 2, 2014. He was born June 7, 1952, in Huntington, W.Va., a son of Mary F. Parsons Ansell of Milton, W.Va., and the late Willard Ansell. He was a sign maker for the Department of Transportation for over 20 years and also worked at the WalMart in Quincy where he worked in the Hunting, Fishing and Sports Department. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Charity Lynn. He is survived by his wife Virgie Ansell; two sons, Steven "Ryan" Toby -- Ansell of Huntington, W.Va., and Nathan "Todd" Ansell of Bradley, W.Va.; step-son Jason L. Arthur of St. Albans, W.Va.; three sisters, Linda C. Collins of Milton, Juanita G. Walls of Brunswick, Ohio, and Willa J. Smith of Elyria, Ohio; six grandchildren, he enjoyed Jeep riding and fishing with his three youngest grandchildren, Nathan, Joey and Colton. Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Thursday, February 6, 2014, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Rev. Rocky Wills. Visitation will be after the brief service until 5 p.m. at which there will be Military Rites conducted by the American Legion Post #139, Milton. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hubbard House, 1001 Kennawa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Sharon's Church of God Food Pantry, or a charity of your choice.
