Rosalena "Rose" Lorraine Wolfgang, age 86, died Thursday,February 6, 2014 at her home in Greenville. She was born January 11, 1928 in Remus. Rose worked as an LPN for several years. She then worked at the former Gibson Refrigerator Company for many years. She loved traveling, especially to Florida. Rose is survived by her husband of 48 years, Duane; children, Loren (Sandy) Decker of Coleman and Bonnie (Dave) Bozung of Belding; step-children, Vickie Hulbart, Mike (Gloria) Wolfgang, and Duane (Carolyn) Wolfgang, Jr.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren; siblings, Melvin (Mary) Strong and Anna Youngs; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her children, Roger Decker and Sharon Langlois; step-daughter, Jackie; and sisters, Francis and Elta. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 11, 2014 at Hurst Funeral Home Greenville, with Thomas Carter officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Interment will be in Memorial Gardens in Mt. Pleasant. Memorial contributions may be given to the American Cancer Society.
