Mickel A. Chinn Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1962 - 2014 Mickel A. Chinn, Jr., 52, of Kenova, WV passed away Monday, March 3, 2014 at The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born January 21, 1962 in Huntington, WV son of Marlene and Gary Carter, and Rita Chinn and the late Mickel Chinn, Sr. Also surviving him is one daughter Erin Chinn; two grandchildren Kennedi and Clifton Cardwell; one brother Rick (Debbie) Chinn; two sisters Diana White and Shelly (Jason) Daniels; three nephews Ryan and Christopher White, and Kameron Daniels; two nieces Tiffany White and Emalee Daniels; one brother-in-law Tim White; and special cousin Don Elkins. A celebration of Mickels life will be held at a later date. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements.
