Carol Ann Weber, 66, of Chesapeake, Ohio, wife of John Raymond Weber, went to Heaven to be home with the Lord, on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at St. Marys Medical Center, Huntington, WV due to pulmonary disease. She was born June 18, 1947 in Lucas County, Toledo, Ohio. She is also survived by a daughter, Tracy Lester and son-in-law Timothy, of Toledo, Ohio; and many in-laws. She will be remembered for her 20 years of service for Lucas County Board of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, and her unfailing love and support to her husband. He attributes his successful completion of a 20 year Army career to her. Also, she will be remembered for her courageous struggle against pulmonary disease and total blindness since 2004. She loved Jesus, flowers, art glass and paintings. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Union Missionary Baptist Church, Chesapeake, Ohio by Pastor Randy See.
