Karen, I am so sorry to hear about your mom today. I remember her well from the library as well as when we played at your big tall house on main st. I think my yard on depot street may have connected to yours. I remember your boxer wandering around in the hallway too. My prayers are with you and your family. I lost my mom about 2 years ago. Still hard to think about even though I know she's in heaven. You still miss them.

I was so sad to see Mrs Meadows had passed away. I have very fond memories of her as librarian, one of the many people who played a role in not only my life but many others in Barboursville. She and my mother, Betty Adkins were friends.

Oliver, Chad, Kaitlyn and myself had the honor to visit with June from Hospice Of Huntington. June was a pet lover and we enjoyed our visits. We will always remember visiting with her Christmas Eve. My granddaughter Kaitlyn read 'Twas The Night Before Christmas and we took Oliver and Chad. Kaitlyn said on the drive home it was such a special evening . Yes it was and our prayers for the family and healing process. We thank you for our time with her .
