Beatrice Bea Riley Adkins Roberts, 95 of Huntington, WV went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 14, 2014 at home. She was born April 2, 1918 daughter of the late Perry Oliver and Mamie Beatrice Riley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Logan Roberts; three sons Perry Franklin Adkins, Roger Lee Adkins and Dana Evan Adkins; one daughter Gloria Jean Pinkerman; grandson Frank Pinkerman; one granddaughter Christina Lee Adkins and baby; and several brothers and sisters. She was a graduate of Chesapeake High School and a retiree from The Huntington Manufacturing Company of Huntington, WV. She was of the Baptist faith. She is survived by four children Joe Bud and Judy Adkins of Chesapeake, Ohio, Terry and Vicky Adkins of Newport News, VA, Mary Ann and Henry Hatfield of Willow Wood, Ohio and Gregory D. Adkins of Huntington, WV with whom she made her home; one sister Pearl Prince of Chesapeake, Ohio; 23 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; and 17 great great grandchildren. Funeral service will be conducted 1 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio. Burial will follow in Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio.
