Dear John and Brenda, I am saddened by the terrible loss of Jay. I wish I could bring him back, as I am sure you all do. I am currently out of town with my kids or I would be there in person to offer words of comfort. I think of Jay as being such a nice and fun guy. I had the best time skiing with him and Nick Trent. Wow, it seems like yesterday when we piled in Nick's jeep to venture off to the mountains. Jay and I plotted against Nick and bought a cream pie to throw in Nick's face. Jay videotaped it and I threw the pie...I remember our laughter so vividly. Life is too short and precious. Please send my love to his wife and family. Sincerely, Cassie Miller

John and Brenda, I was so shocked and saddened to hear of Jay's illness and death from Sudona. My heart just aches for you and Jay's wife. Much of the time Brant and I spent in Proctorville included Jay since he was like Kevin's little shadow, and we have such fond memories of his energy, sence of humor, and smile. You all are in our prayers, and may God bless and comfort you as you move forward.
