1961 - 2014
Anna Maria Ansell went to be with the Lord March 27, 2014. She passed at home with her family by her side. Anna was the daughter of the late Otho Everett Ansell. In addition to her father she was preceded in death by one brother John. She is survived by her mother Edith Louisa Lester Ansell; siblings Tim, Mark, Lois, Ellen and David; nephews Chris Monk, Daniel, Josh and Zach Dierdorff, Aaron and Jesse Ansell; nieces Amber and Melissa Ansell, Kiana and Brande Ansell; and several great nieces and nephews. Anna dedicated her life to helping others, from providing fulltime care to her mother and enjoyed visiting the elderly in nursing homes and blessing them with music and dance. She will be remembered by those who knew her as a beautiful and altruistic person that she was. There will be no services. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the family. Hall Funeral Home, Proctorville, Ohio assisted the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

To Anna's friends and family,
I am sorry for your loss.
I find comfort in King David's words at Psalm 56:8 where he had confidence that God took note of his tears as well as the trials that caused his sadness:
"You keep track of my wandering.
Do collect my tears in your skin bottle.
Are they not recorded in your book?

Surely he is aware of your tears today.

Dear sweet Anna, you were so kind and loving; you devoted your life to your family- a rare virtue these days. Your voice was like a songbird, delightful and melodious. Your talent in music was unique and very pleasing. How fortunate am I to have heard you perform with Ellen; I'll shall treasure the memories. Tickets to the Met could not compare. Music and family are priceless as you well knew. Though I am sure you are now singing with angels, you are very missed here. May god bless you and your family. love, michelle
