Eunice Marie Hollyfield Kuritz Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1923 - 2014 Funeral services Eunice Marie Hollyfield Kuritz, 90 of Hillister will be 2:00 pm Sunday, April 6, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Franks Branch Cemetery in Fred. Visitation will be at 12:00 pm Sunday until the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Kuritz passed away April 3, 2014 at her residence. She was a native of Silsbee and was self employed. Mrs Kuritz is preceded in death by her parents Hannon and Mary Moss Hollyfield; and husband Ervin Kuritz. Survivors include sons Jerry Kuritz and wife Liz of Houston, Timothy Kuritz and wife Patsy of Crowley; daughters Barbara Richardson and husband John of Hillister and Marilyn Blanchette and husband John of Shawnee, Kansas; sister Sarah Hollyfield of Silsbee; and fourteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.

This is Phyllis Kathryn Hollyfield's daughter. So sorry for your loss. Praying for your comfort, strength, and a peace of mind through this difficult time. So sorry I am not able to attend Aunt Marie's services, but it's not because I didn't want to. Gotta work. Just know you all are in my prayers.Would love to see Jerry, Timothy, Barbara, and Marilyn. I know it's so hard loosing a mother for I too have lost mine, so I know there is a emptiness and broken hearts. Wish we could have shared more time with one another. I was often told I was alot like Aunt Marie for my small petite size, my prissiness and my desire to be independent and get out of Caney Head. She is forever loved and never forgotten.Take care and may God Bless you all.
