Columbus Ray Pender Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1944 - 2014 Funeral Services for Columbus Ray Pender, 69, of Orange will be 2:00 pm Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following at Old Hardin Cemetery in Kountze. Visitation will begin at 5:00pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Mr. Pender passed away April 7, 2014 at his residence. Columbus was born May 1, 1944 in Kountze. He was a retired veteran in United States Marine Corp. Mr. Pender is preceded in death by his parents William Christopher and Mae Thelma Hargraves Pender and his wife Glenna Mae Pender. Survivors include son David Ray Pender of Virginia Beach, VA; brother Arthur G. Pender of Kountze; sister Robbie L. Morse of Kountze; niece Ann Royston and husband Tom of Orange; and a nephew Mike Pender and wife Wanda of Silsbee.
