Doris was a very special person and friend. I worked with her at Gibson Credit Union. I have very fond memories of her and Sam.

Hi, Sorry to hear of the passing of your Mom. I worked with years ago at J.C. Penney and kept in touch. In fact, at the sale her & Bob had at their house on High St., I bought a cute little chair, which I still have. She was a very nice, sweet lady, I know you will miss her. Also, Terry, she gave me one of your CD's way back when!!!!!!! Take Care, she will be forever in your hearts! Kathy

Kathy and Terry, Your family is in our thoughts and prayers this week. Your dad was one of my favorite teachers in high school, and your mother was always such a friendly and enthusiastic person. Our mothers were good friends and, in later years, I often heard of the card games with your mother and Bob. I will always remember your parents fondly.

The Peace of God which surpasses all Human Understanding keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus!Amen I pray for Kathy and Terry (Sharon). Doris Sampson was Terry Sampson's Mom and a lot of other kids Mom in Greenville... I spent a bit of time at the Sampson's residence and will never forget those days. Doris was kind of a Mom to me when I worked at J.C.Penney in Greenville. She loved her family and her mate Darwin very much! Doris could make your knees buckle with her laugh :)!!!! Terry was a dear friend of mine in High School, he was a real music man and I loved music and singing. I always enjoyed a GHS Dance when Happy Man would be the group playing... Happy Man was an appropriate name for the group as well as the Man that lead it!!! Gods Peace!

Terry and Family, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. I remember her so well from our days at J. C. Penney together in the mid 70s. What a special lady she was. Take all the memories and the love and hold them in your heart and she will live in your heart until youre with her again someday. May God give you comfort and strength in the days ahead.
