I am so sorry for the passing of your brother. Robert was my supervisor when we worked at the Dept of Welfare. He was a great guy and will be missed by everyone

How sad. Bob was too young to leave us. We didn't know he was ill. Sandy and I have missed him walking his dog in Ritter Park, which used to be a ritual to him. In his youth, Bob sold us a used Billiards table and we remained good friends thereafter, and were very happy for him when he went to college and eventually passed the bar. He once easily won a case for me, as he was a very accomplished attorney. We knew his beloved mother and know his devoted sister, Linda, and once met his fiancé, both of whom must be devastated. We wish you well. We all will miss Bob's perpetual smile.

I am so very sorry for your loss Linda and it is truly a loss for everyone who has known him. I am very saddened by this. Robert was one of my best friends. He is an amazing person. Full of personality and that "smile" always on. Loving and caring and always made your day wonderful. I kept in touch by sending a yearly Christmas card and I visited him a few years ago at his office. He gave me so much of himself to people. I was actually planning a trip soon to Huntington to visit Dana and was naturally thinking that I would see him. Well, I Will see him one day with our Lord. Linda, we lived at Norway Ave and Pogue, Stephanie sends her condolences as well and Dana too. David passed two years ago sadly.

Linda and Lois, I am devastated to hear of Robert's passing. I had no idea he was even ill. Please know that I will pray for your strength during this most trying of times. Knowing how Robert loved animals, I will donate to Little Victories in his honor. He was a dear friend on so many levels, and I will miss him terribly.

My heartfelt sympathies to the family. Proverbs 17:17 tells us that " A true companion is loving all the time and ...is born for when there is distress." In times of such sorrow, the love and support of friends can help carry you through. May their comfort help sustain you during this difficult time.

Hi Linda, I was a co-worker of Robert's when he worked for the State of WV. I loved Robert like a brother. When I saw him last, was at Bob Evans and we had a short conversation but it was really nice to see and talk to him. I will truly miss him. Keeping you and your family in my prayers

Linda How shocked and how sorry I am to see this. I had no idea that Robert was this bad. I thought that surely you would have several more months with him. How sad to know that you are all alone with just your "babies", they will give you lots of comfort but I know that your heart is so broken. Wish that I was there. You are in my heart at this time and many prayers are for you. Try to stay strong. Betty Lou
