Funeral services for Jerry Alton Hughes, 64, of Silsbee will be Noon Saturday, June 7, 2014 at Farmer Funeral Home with interment following in Daniel Cemetery in Kountze. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 am until time of service.
Mr. Hughes died June 2, 2014 at Baptist Hospital in Beaumont.
A native and lifelong resident of Silsbee, Jerry was a self-employed mechanic. He proudly served his country in the US Army during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Hughes is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. Alton Hughes and sister Debbie Hughes.
Survivors include brothers, Butch Hughes of Tarkington, David Lyles and Billy Hughes, both of Silsbee; nieces, nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
