 Elizabeth Fay Chapman, 78, of Fraziers Bottom, WV, passed away June 8, 2014, at the Hubbard Hospice House. She was born May 16, 1936, in High Coal, WV, a daughter of the late Charles Harrison Romine and Loshia (Bridget) Romine. She was also preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Dorothy Shaffer, Pauline Gillespie, Lillian Jenkins, Dovey Bryant, and Charles Romine. She is survived by her husband of 63 years Charles Chapman; her children, David Chapman, Joyce Higginbotham, and Norris Chapman; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Ray Sovine. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Hubbard Hospice House. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace. |

To my dear family in West Virgina. We are so very sad to hear about my Aunt's Fay's passing....sad for all of us who will miss her so much. How blessed we all are to have had her in our lives for such a long and wonderful time. Our dear Lord has welcomed her into heaven, and she will once again be re-united with my mother, her sister Lillian, who we also miss so very much, every day. While we will have a void in our hearts, it will be filled soon with wonderful memories of this amazing person. I love you all so much. Peggy and Carl/Tucson, AZ
