Charles L Fortner Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1945 - 2014 Charles L. Fortner, 68, of Huntington, WV passed away Wednesday June 18, 2014 at home. He was born September 2, 1945 in Huntington, WV to the late Raymond and Virgie Kipp Fortner. He is survived by two sons Philip (Andrea) Fortner and Charles Fortner; two daughters Frances (Mike) Jones and Donnette (Randy) Davis; nine grandchildren; six great grandchildren; three sisters Annie Moore, Minnie (Jimmie) France, and Helen (Homer) Keeney; and one brother James (Patty) Fortner; and many nieces and nephews. There will be no services per his request. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/hall.

Just want to say that I love and will miss my uncle he was a good person but had a trouble life God knew what was best for him and decided it was time to take him home he will always be in our hearts forever
